OVERVIEW
Meniere's disease (DC 6205) is rated 30-100% based on frequency and severity of episodes. Hearing impairment with vertigo attacks rate 30%+. 100% requires hearing impairment with attacks of vertigo and cerebellar gait more than once weekly.
RATING CRITERIA (2 LEVELS)
30% -- Dizziness and staggering
Peripheral vestibular disorder with dizziness and staggering.
10% -- Occasional dizziness
Occasional dizziness.
