Cancellations & Subscription Management
Cancel anytime#
Every ClaimRecon subscription can be cancelled at any time. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum commitment. Pricing is flat software pricing - we never take a percentage of your backpay.
Cancelling a web subscription#
If you subscribed on claimrecon.com, you manage billing through our payment processor’s secure customer portal:
- Open the account menu (your tier insignia, top right) and choose Manage subscription, or go to Settings.
- You will be taken to the secure Stripe customer portal, where you can cancel, change plan, or update your payment method.
- Choose Cancel plan and confirm.
If you cannot reach the portal, email support@claimrecon.com and we will help.
Cancelling a mobile subscription#
If you started your subscription inside the iOS or Android app, the app store controls that billing and you cancel there:
- Apple App Store:Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Claim Recon → Cancel Subscription.
- Google Play:Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → ClaimRecon → Cancel.
Apple and Google process in-app purchases, so a subscription bought in the app cannot be cancelled from the website, and vice versa.
When cancellation takes effect#
Cancelling stops future billing. Your premium access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that. When the period ends, your account moves to the free tier.
Command (one-time) plan#
The Command plan is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription, so there is nothing to cancel - it never renews and you are never billed again.
Your data after cancelling#
Your account and saved work remain available on the free tier after you cancel. You can request export or deletion of your data at any time - see our Privacy Policy.
Refunds#
Cancelling stops future charges, which is separate from refunding a charge already made. For refund eligibility and how to request one, see our Refund Policy.
