ClaimRecon is self-service software. We can help with the product and your account, but we cannot give legal, medical, or financial advice, and we cannot file, submit, or check the status of a VA claim on your behalf.
Veterans Crisis Line#

Reaching the VA#
ClaimRecon is not the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and cannot access or update your VA records or claim. For official help:

- Free accredited representation is available through a Veterans Service Organization (VSO). VSO representation is free by law (38 CFR 14.628).
