Refund Policy
Flat software pricing#
ClaimRecon is flat-rate software: $29.99 per month (Operator), $249 per year (Annual), or a one-time $499 (Command). We never take a percentage of your backpay, and the price is the same whether your award is $500 or $50,000. What you pay for is access to the software and the cited reference library - not a claim outcome.
The free tier is your trial#
You do not have to pay to find out whether ClaimRecon is right for you. ClaimRecon offers a free tier so you can use the core tools and see the product before you ever pay. Because you can evaluate the product for free first, paid plans are sold on the final-sale terms below.
Automatic renewal & cancellation#
Monthly and Annual subscriptions renew automatically and will continue to charge the payment method on file until you cancel. There is no automatic expiration - if you do not cancel, billing continues.
You can cancel at any time, with no fee, to stop future charges. When you cancel, your premium access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that. Step-by-step cancellation instructions are on our Cancellations page.
All sales are final#
Payments to ClaimRecon are final and non-refundable. This applies to monthly renewals, annual subscriptions, and the one-time Command purchase. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund a charge that has already been made, and fees for the current and prior periods are not refunded.
We hold this policy because (1) a free tier lets you evaluate the product before paying, and (2) every paid plan grants immediate, full access to the software and the cited reference library described in the next section.
Immediate access acknowledgment#
Premium plans deliver digital tools and reference content with immediate, full access. By purchasing, you request that your access begin immediately, and you acknowledge that - to the fullest extent permitted by law - your purchase is non-refundable once that access is granted.
Billing errors we always correct#
The final-sale policy does not apply to genuine billing mistakes. We will always review and correct:
- Duplicate charges for the same plan and period.
- Charges caused by a clear technical or processing error.
- Any charge made after you completed and confirmed a cancellation.
If you believe you were charged in error, email support@claimrecon.com with the date and amount and we will make it right.
App Store & Google Play purchases#
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your purchase is processed by Apple or Google and is subject to that store’s refund policy. ClaimRecon cannot issue refunds for store purchases - those requests must be made to Apple or Google directly, and you cancel a store subscription in your device’s subscription settings (see Cancellations).
Chargebacks#
If something looks wrong with a charge, please contact support@claimrecon.com first - we resolve duplicate and erroneous charges quickly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute in place of contacting us, particularly for access you have used, may result in suspension of your account.
Your statutory rights#
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have that cannot be waived under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you. Where such a non-waivable right requires a refund, we honor it. This policy sets out our standard terms; it does not override mandatory law.
