OVERVIEW
The PACT Act expanded presumptive service connection for burn pit and toxic exposure veterans. Covers 23+ cancers, constrictive bronchiolitis, and other respiratory conditions for veterans who served post-9/11.

Rated on resulting conditions
Toxic exposure is not itself rated. Each resulting condition is rated under its own diagnostic code. The exposure provides the nexus for presumptive service connection.
