Section II - Updated Project Information

Describe what has changed from the original application: new property address, new contractor, updated cost estimates, change in project scope. Attach updated quotes.
e.g., New contractor (prior contractor went out of business); updated estimates for accessible bathroom ($45,000) and ramp ($8,000).
- Not getting prior VA approval before changing contractors - unauthorized contractor changes can jeopardize grant payment.
Section III - Certification
